LA gets smarter

Managing the 46 miles of waterfront and more than 350 fixed cameras on site at the Port of Los Angeles can be arduous.

However, the new RealityVision platform installed at the port now allows feeding of video and critical data from the officers on the frontlines to a central command console and vice-versa, with officers able to see real time video on their smartphones.
